01Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Magnumslot ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the online gambling and sports betting services available at https://magnumslot.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised pages, and related digital properties operated under the Magnumslot brand.

By creating a player account, accessing any game, placing a bet, or making a deposit on Magnumslot, you unconditionally acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms are written in English and are directed at players located in Malaysia and other jurisdictions where access to online gambling platforms of this type is permitted under applicable law. Malaysian players transacting in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) are subject to the localised provisions set out in this Agreement alongside all general terms.

Registration and use of the Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. Magnumslot strictly enforces this minimum age threshold. Any Player found to have misrepresented their age will have their account immediately suspended, all funds reviewed, and any winnings forfeited pending investigation.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
• Geographic Access: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where participation in online gambling of this nature is not expressly prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one registered account on Magnumslot. The registration or operation of multiple accounts by the same individual is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be employed by Magnumslot or any of its affiliated companies, nor be a close relative of such an employee, in a capacity that may give rise to a conflict of interest in relation to Platform operations.

04Account Registration

To access real-money games and betting markets, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. All information provided must be truthful and verifiable.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Magnumslot will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.

Magnumslot reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing reasons, and to close or suspend any account at any time where it has reason to believe that the account has been opened fraudulently, in breach of these Terms, or in contravention of applicable law.

05Terms of Use

By using the Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful personal entertainment and recreational purposes, consistent with the nature of online gaming and sports betting. The following general terms of use apply to all Platform interactions:

• You must not use the Platform for any commercial purpose or on behalf of any third party.
• You must not attempt to access any part of the Platform's infrastructure, servers, or databases beyond your authorised user interface.

06Deposits & Payments

Magnumslot accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following supported payment methods:

• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Online Banking / Real-Time Transfers: DuitNow, FPX (all major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, RHB)
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether USDT TRC20, Litecoin (LTC)

Deposits are credited to your Player Balance upon confirmation of receipt by our payment processing systems. E-wallet deposits are typically instant. Bank transfers via DuitNow and FPX are typically credited within 5–10 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon the required number of blockchain confirmations, which may take between 10 minutes and one hour depending on the network.

All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension and refund of the relevant funds less any applicable transaction costs.

Magnumslot does not charge processing fees on standard MYR deposits. Network fees for cryptocurrency transactions are borne by the Player. Any fees levied by third-party payment processors are outside Magnumslot's control and are not reimbursable.

07Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed in accordance with the following timelines and conditions:

• E-Wallet Withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): Typically processed in under 5 minutes during operational hours.
• Bank Transfer via DuitNow / FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, RHB): Typically 5–15 minutes during operational hours.
• Cryptocurrency Withdrawals: Typically 15–60 minutes subject to blockchain network conditions.

Withdrawals will only be made to payment methods previously used for deposits on the account, or to verified accounts in the Player's name following a satisfactory review. Magnumslot does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Where a Player has an active bonus with an incomplete wagering requirement, the bonus balance and any associated winnings cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fulfilled. Real money funds deposited separately from the bonus remain withdrawable at any time, subject to verification status.

08Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers available on Magnumslot are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each individual promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page. The following general bonus terms apply to all offers unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion terms before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements range from 5x to 35x depending on the offer type.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: When a bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per spin or round is generally MYR 25–MYR 50 unless the promotion terms specify otherwise. Placing bets in excess of this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution Rates: Slot games typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements. Table games, live casino games, and sports betting may contribute at reduced rates of 10%–20%. Video poker and certain specialty games may contribute 0%. Specific game contributions are detailed in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry window, typically 7, 14, or 30 days from activation. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited upon expiry.
• Bonus Abuse: Magnumslot employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or strategies designed to exploit bonus mechanics. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonus forfeited and may face account closure.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player. Players may not hold multiple active bonuses simultaneously unless a promotion specifically allows for this.

09Game Rules & Betting

All games available on the Platform are operated under their respective game provider rules, which are accessible within each game's help or information section. Players are encouraged to review game rules before placing real-money wagers.

For sports betting, including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, UFC, and other markets:

• All odds are displayed in decimal format by default. Players may change their preferred odds format within account settings.
• Bets placed after the official start of an event may be voided, unless explicitly permitted under in-play betting rules for that specific market.
• In the event of a match postponement, cancellation, or abandonment, all unresolved bets will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's balance unless otherwise specified in the applicable market rules.
• Magnumslot reserves the right to void any bet placed where there has been an obvious pricing error, system malfunction, or where the integrity of a market has been called into question.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event, per Player, and per market. These limits are subject to change without notice and may differ by event type and Player account tier.

10Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in any of the below will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts (including accounts opened using false names or third-party identities).
• Using automated betting software, bots, scrapers, or any computer-assisted mechanisms to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from known or discovered bugs must be reported and are subject to forfeiture.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity designed to obscure the origin of funds transacted on the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Conducting chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after receiving services from the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited under applicable law without disclosure.

11KYC & Identity Verification

Magnumslot is committed to operating in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) obligations. All Players are required to complete identity verification before making withdrawals. KYC may also be triggered by certain deposit volumes or unusual account activity.

Documents typically required for KYC verification include:

12Account Suspension & Closure

Magnumslot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or provision of false information;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;

Where an account is closed due to Player breach of these Terms, any funds remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where a closure is initiated by Magnumslot for operational or regulatory reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method following completion of due diligence checks.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account in good standing may do so by contacting our support team. Voluntary closures for responsible gambling purposes are processed within 24 hours with self-exclusion tools available as an intermediate step.

13Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Magnumslot, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Magnumslot or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

16Amendments to These Terms
